Neuro-inclusion & Universal Design for Learning

This 3-hour interactive workshop helps educators build inclusive, neuroaffirming classrooms using the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework. Participants explore the concept of neurodiversity, engage in experiential activities that simulate learning challenges, and reflect on how traditional instructional methods may unintentionally exclude neurodivergent students. Through hands-on strategies and collaborative discussion, educators will leave equipped to design flexible, equitable learning experiences that honor the variability of all learners—without relying on retrofitting or labels.
